“For a Vernacular Field Rap”, Samtidskonstdagarna, 2023

A sound collage about a landscape's places and fields, tied together by Skånetrafiken's over 130 regional bus routes and composed for bus speakers. The rapeseed fields, yellow and green in the summer and brown the rest of the year, are an obvious motif on Scanian postcards as well as in the imagery of right-wing radical forces. Here reading the names of hundreds of bus stops to let the rhythm from these form a comprehensive chorus, a confusing map or an elusive portrait based on this vast, contested place.
